Siella

At an early age Siella Ingot left home to pursue her interest in medicine against the wishes of her family who urged her to follow the traditional family business of studying mechanics and starship design. After completeing many years of study and education on both Arkania and Kamino there just so happened to be a great big war going on for her to join in and practice doctoring! She served for a time in the republic medical corps, even finding herself in harm's way on the front lines. However, with Sluis Van being a member of the sepratists she was left a touch out of place and often felt pulled in two diections though she continued to serve and completed her tour of duty for the republic.

Near the end of the Clone Wars her father died and left the family in an unstable position, her mother pleaded with Siella to return and help take on some of the responsibilities of the family business, which she reluctantly agreed to. Setting aside her passion for life science and medicine she returned home and delved into the study of mechanics and starship design. Much to her suprise she found she actually enjoyed these intelectual pursuits almost as much as the study of living organisms and began to cogitate ideas of somehow combining the two fields. Sadly she returned home too late to be any help to her family, who was unable to retain control of their business, which was bought out by her estranged uncle Candobar.

Candobar's hostile takeover of the family business did lead to an interesting discovery regarding the whereabouts of an ancient research vessel called the Arkanian Legacy.  At the request of Candobar she travelled to Nar Shadaar to meet the group of adventurers who had found and subsequently lost the ancient research vessel.  Through several somewhat scurillious adventures they did manage to relocate the ship.  Although it had been severly damaged in a crash landing on Korriban Siella was able to procure a large quantity of fascinating research data.
