Lara's eyes snap open. Xol is standing above her, Set is hiding behind him, and SL-01 is shaking a container like a maraca nearby. Her head is swimming and fuzzy.
Groaning, she looks around and sees a small pile of snack cakes on her. Her skin still tingles from the vision and tiny imperceptible pin-pricks are fading across her arms.
SL-01 releases the container and slithers over to Lara. "Warning! Bilogical unit Sera has attempted self termination by ingesting poison." The droid reaches out and grabs Lara's arms. "Biological unit Sera must be restrained to prevent further actions of self termination." The droid's head spins around to stare at Xol. "Aquistion of retraints relegated to biological unit Xol. SL-01 will maintain physical restraint until more portable measures can be found."
With a slight hiss and pop the droids central chest cavity opens, revealing it's cobbled together tool kit and a strange container filled with a sparkling fluid. "Preparing to administer transfusion of bodily fluids to remove lethal toxins. Probability of transfusion being lethal less than 10%." Two tubes, both capped with needles, begin to unfurl themselves from the chest cavity and start to make their way to the veins in Lara's arms.
"Droid! That will not be necessary," Xol says picking Sera up after prying the droids hands off. "My job is to lock people up." He walks into a cell with her. "See? I'm taking care of it! You may leave now. Set escort it off..."
Set laughs. "Come on Number One. You need to uh...hmmm...check to see if the rocks outside are the proper roundness...do not fix them! Just check!"
Lara looks up at Xol. She smiles gratefully at the Kel Dor, then the smile fades. It is replaced with a look of unease, then panic.
Lara bolts from Xol's arms stumbling her way into the refresher. The sound of retching and moans echo back down the hall. The girl's voice echoes down the hall. "Ugh! Its black! What was I drinking?!"
